What kinds of pool work does Riptide handle?+
Riptide works across pool equipment repair, new equipment installation, heating, automation, filters, plumbing and valves, salt-water chlorinator systems, LED multi-color lights, and pool renovation.
Can I request service if I am not sure what is wrong?+
Yes. Describe what the pool is doing or not doing in the contact form, or call Riptide. You do not need to identify the failed part before starting the conversation.
Do you install new heaters?+
Yes. New heater installation is part of the service offering. The current offer is $100 off new heaters; contact Riptide to ask about the offer for your project.
What is included in pool renovation?+
Renovation services can include a new pool finish, new pool tile, LED multi-color lights, and full pool renovation. Contact Riptide to talk through the scope.
Do you work with residential and commercial properties?+
Riptide has service paths for both residential pool owners and commercial property caretakers. Share the property type and the work you need when you contact us.
